The number of shares and votes in Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) ("Emilshus") has increased during the month of May as a result of warrants under the company's incentive program LTIP 2023 having been exercised for subscription of a total of 87,936 ordinary shares of series B, corresponding to 87,936 votes.

As of 29 May 2026, the number of shares in Emilshus amounts to 156,242,203, divided into 10,706,770 ordinary shares of series A, 115,535,433 ordinary shares of series B and 30,000,000 preference shares. As of the same date, the number of votes amounts to 252,603,133.
